Return or Destruction of Confidential Information

5.1 Upon termination of the Receiving Party’s membership with Tororingu, or upon Tororingu’s written request, the Receiving Party shall promptly return or destroy all copies of Confidential Information in their possession.

No License

6.1 Nothing contained herein shall be construed as granting or conferring any rights by license or otherwise in any Confidential Information.

Remedies for Breach
